  1. Formation of Contract:

By giving an advance deposit, signing the Terms & Conditions, or accepting the itinerary, a contract is formulated between the Client and the Company. This contract authorizes the Company to hold space for you in groups scheduled to travel on specific dates. Additionally, space is reserved for you in Airlines, Hotels, and Coaches

  1. Changes and Cancellation:

If there is any change in your plan and your cancellation request, it shall be subject to our cancellation policy. Details of the cancellation policy will be provided to you upon request or as specified in the itinerary-specific terms.

  1. General Notice Regarding Booking:

We kindly request you to thoroughly read and comprehend the contents of the tour brochure/itinerary, as well as the Terms and Conditions provided along with the booking form, itinerary, and other materials provided by our staff. These documents, along with information available online on our website, constitute the contract between you and our company once the booking is confirmed. To confirm your booking, it is necessary to:

  • Sign the acknowledged itinerary and booking form.
  • Sign any other documents deemed necessary by the company.
  • Make payment as per the booking terms.

A binding contract is formed by providing an advance deposit, signing the terms & conditions, or accepting the itinerary. Upon receipt of the prescribed non-refundable interest-free booking amount, the contract comes into existence.

We strongly advise you to ensure, before signing and executing the booking form, that you possess and will be able to provide all the required valid and genuine documents, personal particulars, and professional qualifications necessary for visa applications, insurance, etc. Please review the documentation carefully and consult with our staff to confirm any requirements.

Our company offers both customized and budget tour packages. If you desire a high-end luxury experience, we recommend opting for tailored tour packages that cater to your needs and preferences. These packages may include private transfers, superior-grade hotels, and personal guides upon request. Private transfers refer to point-to-point transfers specified in the itinerary and do not entail 24*7 vehicle availability. If you require a vehicle, please select the appropriate option, which is subject to confirmation by the Destination Management Company.

The company is not liable for any loss of baggage, failure to provide preferred meals, denial of boarding, downgrading due to overbooking, flight delays, rescheduling, or cancellations by airlines.

Passengers may pursue remedies against the concerned airlines independently.

Flight timings mentioned are indicative and subject to change due to air traffic and weather conditions.

Web check-in may not be available for group tickets, and seat allocation is at the discretion of airlines.

Passengers are advised to verify flight timings one day before departure and stay informed of any updates through airline websites or contact centers.

Room requests such as adjacent rooms or king-sized beds are subject to availability and additional charges.

  1. General Advisory for First-Time International Travelers for Airlines:

Passengers should ensure that their passports, visas, and tickets match the details printed on their passports. Discrepancies may result in cancellations at the passenger’s expense.

Missing a flight may result in the automatic cancellation of subsequent flights, with no refunds.

Passengers are advised to arrive at the airport at least three hours before departure to account for potential delays in check-in, security clearance, and boarding.

Web check-in and kiosk check-in options are available for advance check-in, with separate baggage drop counters provided.

Excess baggage fees may apply, and passengers are encouraged to review the latest baggage policies on airline websites.

  1. Baggage Terms and Policy for Airline and Surface Transfers:

Restrictions on baggage size, weight, and number apply. We recommend traveling lightweight, and for coach transfers or shared transfers, only one luggage bag per person is allowed to ensure convenience for all passengers.

Our company is not liable for any inconvenience caused if passengers are unable to carry baggage or have to pay extra charges for excess baggage.

Loss of baggage during air travel or coach transfers is not the responsibility of our company. Passengers may pursue remedies independently with the service provider or lodge claims with the insurance company.
